Learn to sew, create and imagine Learning to sew has great benefits for children. In addition to giving them autonomy, sewing encourages their concentration, relaxes and escapes, trains conscious attention, calms the mind and stimulates their creativity. With this activity we will achieve: Promote mindfulness and awareness of the here and now, with all the benefits that this can provide for our well-being. Develop imagination and agile thinking. Fine motor skills, coordination of movements, spatial orientation, object permanence and laterality. This course as a novelty we separate the projects, not the classes, by age.
