FabKids Summer

At FabLab we believe in a new way of learning: learning through practical experiences [Learn by doing]. In the FabKids workshops you will become a true geek while you learn by playing and go beyond the limits of what you think is possible: you will experiment with scientific, technological and artistic phenomena that will arouse your interest and curiosity. Let your creativity guide you during the learning process and live the transformations of the world in the first person with practical experiences in which to engage your senses and that will open your mind to the future. In the creative technology workshops of the FabLab you will experiment with digital fabrication such as 3D design, 2D design, programming with Arduino or Microbit. Learning will be adapted according to your needs, but it will always allow you to learn through curiosity, research and autonomous resolution and to develop such important skills for the future as teamwork and the will to excel. Every week, we establish some thematic axes to learn about digital manufacturing through other scientific, technological, artistic or social topics. Soon we will publish the thematic axes of this summer! Material: A computer to work with the necessary software. Thus, once they are installed you can also use them at home. If you don't have a computer, don't worry. We will leave you one, you just need to let us know. A mouse to work with 3D design. You can also work without, but it is easier to work with a mouse. A few days before the start of the course, we will send an email with the programs that need to be installed. If you have any problems during the installation, please contact us so we can help you.
