FitnessForMamis is the fitness & lifestyle community for expecting Moms & Moms who want to stay fit & connected during pregnancy and beyond. Our aim is to help women in all stages of her lives to move pain free, feel strong and confident. Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, but it comes with many changes! Your body looks & feels different, everything is overwhelming, you have tons of questions, yet you are at home with your newborn all by yourself! Therefore, this community is here to help you with two very IMPORTANT topics: Your physical fitness & the connections with others that will help you with your doubts & questions and makes you feel less isolated in the beginning!
